actually i have been missing lots of chem lesson because of my petanque competitions that fall on thursday. however i got one question that i still have not find the answer. is not really realated to what we have learn so far but i thought this is interesting
i don't know if i learn this wrongly but the protons number and the atomic mass for the elements in a increasing order rite. however in period 3, cobalt have a atomic mass of 58.9 and the following nickel have a atomic mass of 58.7.although its a slight difference, there is still a decrease.
so anyone. if u have then answer. please let me know :)

the 3 things i have learnt in todays lesson is :
1st. the naming of binary compounds. i have never learnt that in my secondary school. the web sites teaches me the steps to name ,what we should avoid, and when and where to add things like '-iode'.
2nd. i have learnt the prefix. from 1 to 10. things like this is not something my secondary school will teach as we were normally test only till di or most tri.
3rd.i have learnt about polyatomic anions. before this lesson, i only learnt about anions and cations. anything with positive charge will be cation. anything that with negative charge is anions. so polyatomici ions is somthing that is new
